Salma Hayek posted a sizzling bikini snap as she celebrated turning 53 yesterday. The actress - whose birthday is actually today - was a sight for shore eyes as she posed on the beach in a striking blue two-piece.

The sexy number was perfect for showing off the star's famous curves with its plunging halter-neck bikini top and string bottoms.

Embracing life on the beach, the Frida actress went make-up free and let her hair fall around her face in damp, natural waves.

She captioned the snap: "Yes, tomorrow I', 53. So!?

Stars including Lenny Kravitz, Pierce Brosnan and Cindy Crawford quickly sent the star their well-wishes.
