Demi has bravely opened up about past traumas in her life in her candid forthcoming memoir ‘Inside Out’.
She has revealed she was raped at 15 and admitted she blames herself for miscarrying a baby with Ashton Kutcher.
But in the latest shoot she poses naked to show off her toned limbs - and gives her younger peers a run for their money.
In fact, the star looks like she's barely aged a day since she shot her iconic naked pregnancy shoot for Vanity Fair back in 1991.
In the accompanying interview, Demi chats with actress Lena Dunham about her life, and recalls her infamous shoot with Vanity Fair when she posed naked while pregnant with her second daughter Scout.

The mother-of-three, who also has daughters Rumer and Tallulah with ex-husband Bruce Willis, said: "Thank goodness people remember the photo, they don’t remember the article.”
Demi - who is releasing her memoir Inside Out soon - also spoke about her three children, saying: "My daughters offered me an opportunity to start to change the generational pattern.
"To be able to break the cycles …"
Demi added how motherhood was her only absolute goal and is the only thing she can be sure she has fulfilled.
Demi has been married three times, first to Freddy Moore from 1980 to 1985 then action man Bruce, 64, from 1987 until 2000.

She was then married to third husband Ashton Kutcher, 41, from 2005 until 2013.
The star also spoke about the public's perception of her past.
She said: "Everything that occurs in our individual lives informs us.

"Shifting, molding, presenting the opportunities for the exact purpose to get us where we are in the present time. Whatever that may be.
"All the projecting of who they think I am [were] the very things that were pushing me out of two elements: my comfort zone, and my control.
"[They were] trying to get me to let go and really be who I am. And I don’t think that I knew how to do that."
