Inside the lives of NYC's strip-club bartenders who make 'trash bags of cash'

A new breed of social media savvy strip-club bartenders are raking in as much as $5,000 in a single night in New York gentlemen’s clubs.

These so-called “star-tenders” post raunchy Instagram photos, invite followers to come to the club and meet them — and leave work with a cash stuffed trash bag.

One of them, Tina Colada, works at the Queens gentlemen’s club Starlet’s, where her fanboys crowd in to see her strut her stuff, reports the New York Post.

The job is so lucrative she recently moved to a “nice” home in New Jersey and travels the world.

But what sets them apart from others in the industry is they don’t get naked.

Tina said: “We make more money than the dancers because we have our own clientele.

“We bring in the people who spend money… Dancers don’t really do that. They come to work and they dance.”

(Tina declined to reveal the exact earnings for tax reasons but said that she has seen a bartender make $5,000 in a night.)

'TRASH BAGS FULL OF CASH'

The star-trending phenoma is being chronicled by New Jersey-based rapper Maino who is producing a reality show “A Dolla at a Time”.

These ladies  are making thousands of dollars in tips each night and frequently leave at the end of their shift “with trash bags full of cash,” Maino said.

He said: “The bar has become the new VIP section.”

All this thanks to Instagram.

He said: “The strippers aren’t going to go on social media to say, ‘Hey, I’m a stripper, come see me at the club,’ because they have families and kids and are going to school.”

And of course their job doesn’t carry the same stigma as taking off your clothes.

Tina has 585,000 followers on Instagram.

She said. “Guys [direct-message] me all the time. I tell them to come to my job. I build friendships with the guys, and I have dated customers.”

Co-worker Winny Pooh boasts nearly one million on Insta.

Meanwhile Bernice Burgos has 5.6 million followers

But to earn big bucks bartenders have to work out to keep their bodies — often shown off in extremely revealing outfits — in top shape.

To achieve this Tina has traveled to South America for plastic surgery, mainly because there are fewer restrictions on how much fat doctors can remove.
