After the highly successful maiden ‘Konkan Day’ celebration last year, the Konkani community of St Paul’s Catholic Church, Musaffah, will host the second ‘Konkan Day’ on April 20 from 11.30 am onwards, at St Francis of Assisi parish hall.
The programme will provide a platform to all Konkani speaking communities across UAE to exhibit their talents especially amongst the growing buds to understand and continue with the culture and traditions.
Holy Eucharist, dance and drama, brunch and lunch, songs and skits, prizes and surprises will be part of the day-long programme.
The organisers expect a successful event and also invite all the Konkani community members to this fun filled special event and day of joy and fun.
