Khan Ameer Bashir (24yrs), had met with a train accident on June 13, 2008 and undergone major surgeries in Yenepoya Hospital and A J Hospital, Mangaluru incurring expenditure of about Rs eight lacs. He had to also undergo a left foot free flap surgery for his left foot at Father Mullers. The overall expenditure for medical treatment, hospitalization and artificial limb for right leg here was around Rs four lacs.
He is undergoing hardship to bear such huge sums as he is the only bread winner for the family. His father died of lung cancer in January, 2017. Therefore, he is craving for monetary help as it is really miserable for him and his poor family to get along with the burden.
