With total 14026 Sq. Ft. area, centrally air-Conditioned. Bride & Groom Change Room.
Air-Conditioned Sado change room. Bathroom fitted with geyser.
Updated profile spot light, LED, moving head wash, RGB laser, LED blinders and smoke for bridal and groom entry, 1st Waltz and baila dance.
Accommodating 800 persons with food counters. Separate wash area and well kept water closets.
SENATE HALL
Located at the first floor from the basement.
Fully air-conditioned.
Total 8733 Sq. ft, AC change room, sado etc.
Accommodating 300 persons with food counters.
Bathroom fitted with geyser.
Separate wash area. Well kept water closets.
It is used for memorable events like Jubilee, engagement, mehendi, Valima, Roce, Holy communion, get-togethers and small gatherings.
CONFERENCE HALL
Located at the first floor with total 7129 Sq. ft. Air-Conditioned.
Separate wash area. Accommodating 300 persons.
This Hall is mainly used for dining area along with Jubilee Hall or Senate Hall.
OPEN AIR AUDITORIUM
It is used specially for Mangalore’s unique Night Weddings and events.
It’s a large 21935 Sq. ft area with cool breeze that gently flows from the roaring Arabian sea.
Can accommodate 2000 people or 100 tables.
PROVISION FOR COOKING
Open kitchen with cooking capacity for seven hundred to eight thousand people, with attached store room covering 2068 Sq. Ft. It is provided only with full complex booking.
Sufficient purified water facilities are also provided.
PARKING
Covered dedicated parking for around 200 four wheelers, which includes 20 VIP parking slots.
Free of cost additional parking is also provided whenever necessary.
