Melson Ligory D’ Silva (24yrs), Developed Psychiatric disorder in the year 2002 and is admitted in Snehalaya Psycho Social Rehabilitation centre. He is abnormal and failed in SLLC examination. He is the only child for the parents. His father has died four years ago. His mother is illiterate. They had borrowed huge loan for constructing a house. Melson is unable to work and they do not have regular source of income. Therefore, Melson’s mother has requested for monetary help for Melson’s treatment.
