Her workout comes after the Jenny From The Block singer and her beau were seen out shopping for last minute Christmas items on Monday.
J-Lo plans to enjoy a "casual" holiday after a busy year that saw her star and produce Hustlers, and wrap new rom-com Marry Me with Owen Wilson.
Revealing her Christmas plans, she said: "Christmas Day is very casual for our family.
"We wake up, open presents, have breakfast and enjoy each other’s company.
