Mumbai:Abuse, assault and threaten to beat a senior citizen by Mr. Vishal Rathod bmc officer, in Demolition of an illegal structure at Kadeshwari bandra west with court orders.
Its very sad to state that Bandra west H/west ward officers Mr. Vishal Rathode and his assistant Mr. Surve had physically and verbally assaulted, abused and threatened a Senior citizen of the age around 70 years. He was threatened with dire circumstances if he follows up in the matter.
The issue is with respect to a demolition at Kadeshwari, bandra west which has not been carried out despite City civil court order dated 7th may 2015.
This act is criminal by the officers and they need to be terminated not transferred.

Pls read my complaint letter to the bmc chief and the earlier emails and pics emailed by me to him.
There has been no action whatsoever and moreover landowners are being threatened by bmc officers.
This behavior of the bmc calls for public out cry. All the NGOS have been informed on this matter.

In view of my earlier correspondence, my Client Mr. Clifford Cardoz met the newly appointment officer of H/west ward Mr. Vishal Rathod, who despite City civil order refuses to carry out demolition of an illegal structure at Kadeshwari mandir road, today on 10th August 2015 at around 10.30 am, the officer abused and threaten to beat my client Mr. Clifford Cardoz and warned him not to follows up in the demolition matter.
I need to meet you in this matter for suspension and termination your officer Mr. Vishal Rathod for dereliction of duty and for his criminal acts. The cctv footage and other eye witnesses are valid proof.
Please give me a hearing in this matter.

In furtherance to my mail train herein, I would like to uprise your good office as under:
Mr. Vishal Rathod an engineer from Bmc H/west ward had come today i.e 29th July 2015 at around 12.30 pm, at the site of Kadeshwari mandir road, Bandra west for demolition with his full team and police protection. There was a call received by Mr.Rathod on his mobile after which he left the site without demolition. I have attached pictures of bmc and police on site herein.
I request for inquiry in this matter. Why is a court order not adhered to. I need an answer from your good office within 7 days of receipt of this email failing which i shall initiate criminal proceeding against the bmc officers involved in this matter for dereliction of duty.
Despite of city civil court order dated 7 th may 2015.
Bmc is all out to help these tress passers and illegal occupants due to money and some political nexus.Lets hope justice prevail after so much struggle by the poor landlords.Thanks

I would like to bring to your notice that despite the Hon'ble city civil court dindoshi order vacating a stay by its order dated 7th May 2015, and the Assistant Municipal Commissioner Mr. Vijay Kamble Hwest ward bandra west, passing orders to demolition the illegal structure at Kadeshwari Mandir Road, bandra west. His junior assistant engineer mr. Duratkar refuses to carry out demolition.
There has been no stay from the Hon'ble High Court Bombay till date.
I request your good office to look into the matter and expedite the demolition.
Enclosed hereto are copies of bmc orders and pics of illegal structure.
